Score 91/100 · Drink 2024-2027, Erin Brooks, Wine Advocate, Oct 2024

The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, matured for six months in stainless steel, is scented of yellow peach, kiwi, tarragon, white pepper and flint. The light-bodied palate offers concentrated, pleasantly herbal fruit. It balances bright acidity with a touch of textural grip and has a long, flavorful finish. 1,288 cases produced.

Whole-cluster pressed into stainless-steel barrels and tank where the wine settles overnight before fermentation with a combination of indigenous and commercial yeasts. Aged for six months before bottling unfined and filtered. 1,288 cases made. Aromas of white peaches, lemon pith and white flowers. Zippy green-apple and kiwi flavours mix with wonderfully juicy passion-fruit and gooseberry notes as a faint salinity lingers in a mouth-watering finish. Outstanding. VGV (AY)
