Score 93/100 · Drink 2021-2033, Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate, Mar 2021

Straw-yellow in color, the 2016 Sancerre Génération XIX opens with an intense, fresh and pure bouquet of lychees, starfruit, ripe peaches and more tropical fruit aromas. Dense, intense and lush on the palate, this is a full-bodied, tight, fresh and phenolic yet refined and substantial Sancerre with pretty fine tannins and lingering salinity. Tasted several times from two different bottles in January and February 2021.
