2011 Bedrock Ode to Lulu Rosé

Very light pink. High-pitched red berry and citrus aromas are complemented by notes of anise and white pepper. Bright and nervy on the palate, offering fresh redcurrant and cherry flavors that show a subtle smoky nuance. Finishes with excellent clarity and cut, with spice and floral notes lingering. The fruit here was picked at a very low 19.6 degrees Brix.
