Good full red. Very ripe aromas of candied cherry and raspberry complicated by wild herbs and chocolate. Juicier and tighter than the Feusselottes, with wild herb and spice notes that reminded me of Bonnes-Mares. Nicely pure, intense, classically dry wine with lovely clarity, salinity and length.

The 2013 Chambolle-Musigny les Baudes has a very fragrant and perfumed bouquet with touches of rose petal infusing the red currant and strawberry fruit. The palate is refined and focused. There is good energy here, especially toward the finish that is linear and focused, displaying very good length. Look out for this once bottled.
