Score 16.5/20 · Drink 2018-2026, Tamlyn Currin, jancisrobinson.com, Sep 2015

57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc. Warm, roasted and savoury nose. Bit of coffee, lots of oak coming through, lots of toast. But there is quite a bit of intensity here and a determination of fruit that is holding itself up to the oak. Wild berries and a slight touch of cassis, but lots of crackling gnawing tannins – lithe, wiry, swarming all over the fruit like gymnasts. There is a good balance here, even if it's not an out and out charmer. Quite green and chewing-on-leaves finish – something distinctly herbal. But this has interest. (TC)

Score 86-88/100 · Drink 2014-2020, Robert Parker, Aug 2014

Made from two-thirds Cabernet Sauvignon and one-third Merlot, this 2013 exhibits a dark ruby color, earthy red and black currant fruit, no herbaceousness or astringent tannins, and a superficial mouthfeel. Drink it over the next 5-6 years.
