Full bottle 1,531 g. Very dark and very alcoholic. Thick and sweet. More like a liqueur than a wine! Then a very sudden charry, drying finish. (JR)

Lewis's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark hued and seemingly impenetrable to light. Black cherries and plums mark the nose of this full-bodied wine. It's rich, thick, even almost a touch oily, supple and super ripe yet not raisined and tinged with mocha and dark chocolate on the lingering, velvety finish. It's a statement-making style that some will likely detest, while others will adore.
