Score 88/100 · Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, Jul 2024

Oberon's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon blends fruit from several different AVAs and incorporates small proportions of Merlot, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Zinfandel. Cherries and fresh mint appear on the nose, joined by a hint of deeper, darker berries (cassis?), while the palate is medium to full-bodied, supple and framed by gently dusty tannins. It's a decent value in Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a worthy companion for weekday burgers or the like.
