Based on 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon, the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is a charmer, with up-front citrus, lime, and pink grapefruit notes as well as a clean, lively, nicely balanced, fruit-forward style on the palate. It's going to be incredibly versatile on the dinner table and keep for a year or so.

The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is bright and crisp. Lemon peel, white flowers, mint, orchard fruit and tomato leaf are nicely delineated. The Sauvignon is done in equal parts tank and oak, with an approach that favors energy over volume. The bright, saline finish is so appealing.
Composed of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon, the 2019 Estate Sauvignon Blanc leaps from the glass with vibrant scents of fresh lime juice, green apples and elderflower plus hints of peach blossoms, paraffin wax and wet pebbles. The medium to full-bodied palate has impressive intensity, packed with citrus and apple-inspired flavors with a racy line and suggestion of oiliness to the texture, finishing with an herbal lift.
