Pale yellow-green. Tight nose hints at spearmint and stone. Then sharply delineated and energetic on the palate, with ineffable treble notes of lavender and wild mint giving another level of perfume to the citrus flavors. Very sexy, long young wine.

Ripe pear and gingery oak spices on the nose. Round on entry, then juicy, spicy and tight in the middle and quite firm on the back end. A ripe pineapple flavor is firmed by oak spices and solid mineral spine. I might have picked this for a 2007 example.
