A supple, fruity and floral shiraz with aromas of plums, dried violets, baking spices, licorice and game. Medium-bodied with fine tannins. A velvety texture to the compact fruit and a lift of spices and flowers in the finish. Drink now.

The brooding and youthful 2023 Shiraz Cask 66 shows the refinement of the vintage with impressive underlying power. Layered red fruit aromas are supported by licorice and fennel seed, touches with gentle earthy tones amplified by classy oak treatment. This is light on its feet and finely balanced with weighty tannins before the long, satiny close.
