Score 89/100 · Drink 2006-2014, Robert Parker, Dec 2006

The 2004 Affinity, which is sourced from the Tulocay estate in southern Napa Valley, is a dark ruby/purple-hued, elegant effort displaying notes of lead pencil, new wood, spice, and black cherries. Bordeaux-like in its weight, texture, and austere, dry tannins, this finesse-styled red possesses good flavors, purity, and overall balance. It should drink nicely for 7-8 years. Tel.
