Score 95/100 · Drink 2027-2042, Erin Brooks, Wine Advocate, Oct 2025

The 2022 Faultline Vineyard is a blend of 63% Cabernet Franc and 37% Merlot matured for 19 months in 70% new French oak. It has alluring scents of blackcurrant and cherry, green pepper, cigar ash, sage and lavender. The full-bodied palate offers concentrated, nuanced flavors, combining glossy oak with dark fruit, herbal and meaty accents. It’s structured by firm, chalky tannins and fresh acidity and has a long, mineral-laced finish. It will benefit from 3-5 years in the cellar. 250 cases were made.

Score 94/100 · Drink 2025-2037, Jeb Dunnuck, Jul 2025

The 2022 Faultline Vineyard is a blend of Cabernet Franc with the addition of 37% Merlot and is more reserved on opening, slowly revealing notes of baked red plum, leather, pipe tobacco, and forest earth. The palate is full-bodied, with ripe tannins, a gravelly texture, and its more savory mineral, black olive, and tea leaf accents lasting on the finish. Drink 2025-2037.
