Another gem, the 2019 Pinot Noir Single-Vineyard Reserve Russian River Valley is one of the richer, more expansive, up-front wines in the lineup, yet it still brings plenty of structure and focus. Giving up lots of mulberries, ripe black cherry, toasty oak, bouquet garni, and candied orange peel-like nuances, it’s medium to full-bodied and has a rich, expansive mid-palate, velvety tannins, and a great finish. This mouth-filling, satisfying Pinot Noir does everything right. It should keep for 4-6 years.
