With aromas of mocha, blackberry jus, dark cherry and dusty plum with a hint of savoriness, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon The Classic checks all the boxes for good-quality Cabernet. Medium to full-bodied, lush and round, elements of baking spices and nuances of roasted sweet peppers balance the gorgeous red and black-berried essence. Concluding with a long, lingering finish, the wine leaves my mouth salivating for more. Yum.

Its deep purple/plum color is followed by ripe, powerful notes of blackcurrants, tobacco, chocolate, and truffly earth. With full-bodied richness, a rounded, seamless texture, and beautiful purity of fruit, this is a classic Rocks Bordeaux blend that's going to drink brilliantly for 15-20 years.
