The 2021 Grenache Blanc is beautiful with a cascade of yellow flowers, young peach and crushed stone. This is round and soothing on the palate with a pure blend of vivid apricot and mint. The 2021 has a tantalizing acidic core, beautifully balancing its supple textures and finishing with a lovely freshness and length. This is an excellent example of the heights that Grenache Blanc can reach in Paso Robles.

The 2021 Grenache Blanc is pure and expressive, its baked apple and quince fruit complemented by tones of flint, roasted almonds, mushroom powder and beeswax. The medium-bodied palate features concentrated, savory fruits, bright, focused acidity, a touch of textural grip and a very long, layered finish. It's a seriously styled white that offers potential for pairing at the table or maturation in bottle over the next 3-5 years. 750 cases are expected to be made.
