The 2022 Sensibility lifts from the glass with a perfumed blend of wild strawberries, sweet sage, stone dust and spice. Pure elegance, it offers silken textures that envelop the palate with ripe red and blue fruits. The finish shows a gentle tug of fine tannins and a hint of sour citrus, adding lovely inner tension as it tapers with incredible length. The Sensibility is a blend of 84% Grenache co-fermented with 3% Clairette Blanche, along with 7% Syrah and 6% Graciano.
