Deep, brilliant red. Explosive aromas of red berry preserves, exotic spices and incense pick up a smoky mineral nuance as the wine opens up. Fleshy and energetic in the mouth, offering assertive, impressively concentrated raspberry, cherry and spicecake flavors and a strong suggestion of candied rose. Finishes seamless, alluringly sweet and extremely long, with an echo of juicy red fruit and supple tannins that add shape and subtle grip. (made with 25% whole clusters)

Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2016 Pinot Noir Louise is scented of granite, black and pink peppercorn, violets and sliced prosciutto over a deep, rich core of warm black cherries, boysenberry and licorice. Medium-bodied, it's concentrated in the mouth with black fruits and spicy flavors, a firm frame of grainy tannins and juicy acidity, finishing long with lots of spice and a mineral note. 425 cases produced.
