Score 93-95/100 · William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Feb 2026

The 2024 Musigny Grand Cru (Domaine Louis Jadot) seems to transcend the limitations of the year, offering up aromas of cherries, dark berries, petals and spices. On the palate, it's full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with excellent density, supple tannins and a long, lively finish.

The 2024 Musigny Grand Cru has a much more intense and flamboyant bouquet compared to the preceding Amoureuses: raspberry and wild strawberry, blood orange and rose petals, all with superb delineation and the depth you expect from this vineyard. The palate is medium-bodied with svelte tannins that lend this a satin-textured mouthfeel. Beautifully balanced with very well integrated oak, there is ample depth and it feels very long on the succulent finish. Very seductive.
