Score 94/100 · Drink 2027-2045, Jeb Dunnuck, Aug 2026

The 2023 Pinot Noir Petit Geant has a deep hue with a more ruby range and a light peppery lift, complemented by dark mineral earth, black raspberries, wild herbs, and hints of pine. On the palate, it has a more saturating feel, with silky tannins, supple richness, and a long-lasting finish. It’s a touch warming but very nicely balanced. Give this one a couple of years and drink 2027-2045. This is not going to be released until the fall.

The 2023 Pinot Noir Petit Génat has slowly unfurling scents of rhubarb, red cherries, holiday spice, violet, mushroom and damp earth. The medium-bodied palate is elegantly styled with detailed, spicy flavors, fine, chalky tannins, fresh acidity and a long, perfumed finish.
