Score 86-88/100 · Drink 2028-2034, Neal Martin, May 2026

The 2025 Fleur de Pédesclaux has a light gravelly bouquet, very Pauillac in style, open-knit and well defined, although a little austere compared to its peers. The palate is relatively light, although it needs more grip and substance on the finish. Early drinking. 12.8% alcohol

The 2025 Fleur de Pedésclaux, a blend of 46% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot (10% new oak), reveals aromas of cassis, blackberry and fresh dark berries. Medium-bodied, juicy and straight, it’s framed by well-defined tannins, with good length and a distinctly Cabernet Sauvignon–driven profile on the finish.
