The 2014 Brown Blanc seemed to have lost a little of its nascent complexity and mineralité on the nose: pleasant but missing grape varietal expression compared to its showing from barrel. The palate is better with citrus peel and white peach on the entry, a fine bead of acidity and an attractive, subtle spiciness conferred upon the finish. Drink this over the next five or six years.
