Pale, bright yellow-green. Stone fruits and a minty nuance on the nose and palate. Supple and on the soft side, showing noteworthy richness for this village offering. Fuller than it appeared to be from barrel a year ago but with its rather low acidity and touch of warmth, this will be best suited for drinking on the early side.

The 2013 Chablis Villages has commendable precision on the nose, almost Puligny-like in style. The palate is clean and fresh with light acidity, certainly one of Raveneau's more approachable Chablis wines, with an easygoing and slightly saline finish.

Lemon peel, hazelnut, dried pear and spice meld together in the 2013 Chablis. Succulent and expressive, throughout, the Chablis is a great introduction to the wines of the domaine. The mid-weight structure suggests the 2013 is best enjoyed sooner rather than later.

Lime, spices and powdered stone on the nose. Nicely supple and pliant on entry, then leaner on the back half, showing a slightly tart character to the lemon and licorice flavors.
