Good medium yellow. Sexy scents of pineapple, ripe peach and musky crushed rock. Stricter on the palate than the Genevrières, conveying terrific cut and mineral energy to its stone fruit and pineapple flavors. Classic Perrières wet-stone character. This seamless wine finishes bright, pure and very long, without any phenolic roughness. But it will need time in bottle to deepen and gain in dimension.

Based in Meursault and farming some of the finest vineyards in the Côte de Beaune, Henri Boillot is a leading address in Burgundy. He crafts fine Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, but the estate is best known for its flagship monopole vineyard, Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Clos de la Mouchère.
