The 2019 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru presents an intense nose of flint and a light fumé note, gaining in volume with aeration but remaining nicely controlled. The palate is very well balanced with veins of orange zest and white peach and just a hint of green olive toward the structured, persistent finish. This is a wonderful Vaudésir that should age over 20 years.

Bursting with aromas of mandarin, peach, toasted nuts, mint, pastry cream and citrus blossom, the 2019 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir is full-bodied, layered and enveloping, with huge reserves of concentration and structuring dry extract. Long and penetrating, it's unusually tightly wound and will really reward bottle age.
