The 2019 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Murgers des Dents de Chien is one of the ripest wines in the cellar, but that would be hard to discern in a blind tasting. Delivering aromas of pear, white flowers, clear honey, mandarin orange and peach, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and fleshy, with a charming core of fruit underpinned by brisk acids and chalky dry extract.
