Vague hints of the exotic are present on the poached pear, peach, apricot, citrus confit and passion fruit suffused nose. The sleek and very well-detailed medium-bodied flavors possess fine mid-palate density thanks to the abundant dry extract that both coats the mouth and buffers the firm acid spine shaping the beautifully long finish. This excellent effort is a powerful wine that should age effortlessly for a decade or more. (Heart - Sweet spot outstanding)

Notes of pear, white flowers, wheat toast, honeycomb and apricot introduce Colin's 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Vide Bourse, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered wine that's simultaneously gourmand and chiseled, reflecting the combination of ripeness and acidity that defines the vintage at its best.
