The 2020 Petit Chablis has a touch of reduction on the nose, hints of melted candle wax surfacing with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a fine thread of acidity, a decent "bite" to this Petit Chablis with impressive persistence. This is worth seeking out. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.

The 2020 Petit Chablis offers light granitic scents on the nose, maybe suffering just a little dilution. The palate is better, delivering sour lemon, Granny Smith apples and a sharp acidity that juts out toward the finish. It needs more cohesion.
