The 2020 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru comes from the oldest vines at the domaine (planted after the frosts in 1956) and it is matured entirely in tank. Les Preuses has a tightly wound nose of flint, citrus fruit and Granny Smith apples. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, good weight and a judicious touch of sour lemon toward the tensile, spicy finish. This is superb.
