The 2021 Petit Chablis exhibits musky aromas of orange zest, tangerine and honey, followed by a medium-bodied, bright and satiny palate, concluding with a delicately exotic finish.

Here too the nose is presently dominated by reduction and wood toast. More interesting are the sleek, intense and ultra-fresh middleweight plus flavors that possess excellent size, richness and power where the latter suffuses the sappy, muscular and saliva-inducing, moderately dry and compact finale. This very promising effort is going to need at least a decade to realize its full potential. Impressive. (92-95)/2031+

Fullish yellow, rather a chlorine nose, quite a variety of fruit and mineral on the palate including grass and apricot. Quite full bodied. Drink from 2023-2024. Tasted: June 2022

The 2021 Petit Chablis has a pretty nose with grass clipping and Granny Smith scents. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, taut and linear with a dash of pepperiness on the finish. Fine.
