East-facing and at the top of the hill, this 0.8-hecatre plot has produced a wine of lovely intensity in 2021. There’s a core of ripe and pure fruit, with sweet red cherry and fleshy strawberry, cut by a chalky minerality. It’s mouth-filling, with the concentrated fruit filling out the long, lush finish, with just the slightest twist of violet perfume.
