The pale flamingo-hued 2019 Cotes de Provence Rose includes a small, barrel-fermented proportion, which is notable on the nose, where you'll find scents of pencil shavings, and in the mouth for its creaminess and richness on the palate. Hints of raspberries and white chocolate may also be found in this full-bodied, round rosé, which probably would've been best consumed younger, when it showed more freshness.

Grenache and Vermentino with some fermented in 600-litre casks. 14.5% seems to be going it for a rosé... Less nose than the Rock Angel. Pretty big and soft. I don't think I woud find much refreshment in this on a hot summer's day. A rosé to drink with steak? Just a little sickly on the end. Though it has more character than the Whispering Angel. (JR)

This is so yummy with sliced peaches, lemons and some stone and white pepper. Minerally. It’s medium-bodied and fruity, yet subtle and very long. A beautiful rosé. Drink now and enjoy.
