(bottled in late April): Pale yellow with a green tinge. Bright aromas of pineapple, white peach and crushed stone. Broad and ripe but quite dry; concentrated, fine-grained wine with considerable power and adequate framing acidity. The round, palate-saturating finish shows an almost phenolic density of texture but also very good verve and length.

The 2015 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières finally demonstrated some mineral attack on the nose, something deprived by the warmth of the growing season on the Côte d'Or. The palate is well balanced with a spicy entry. There is decent weight in the mouth, demonstrating well-integrated oak and a light walnut, and a slightly saline finish that is delicious. Enjoy this over the next 6-8 years.

(13.5% alcohol ): Pale yellow. High-pitched aromas of lemon zest, white peach and crushed stone. Flavors of white peach and minerals are complicated by oak notes of spices and vanilla and firmed by pungent minerality. Youthfully tight and a bit aggressive, with a strong citrus spine running through to the finish. This sharply delineated, structured wine shows its site character more than its sunny, very warm vintage.
