The 2019 Chablis 1er Cru Les Fôrets reveals notes of stone fruits, white flowers, honeycomb, oyster shell and green apple. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and charming, it's a layered, enveloping wine, concluding with a long, saline finish.

The 2019 Chablis Les Forêts 1er Cru has a Zen-like nose, very controlled and cool in style. It needs another 12–18 months for the aromatics to open. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, and more expressive than the nose, offering pretty apricot and dried orange peel notes. Quite tangy toward the finish, though it lacks persistence compared to Servin’s other cuvées.
