Cool and lively. Correct. But no excess of fruit! Wait…? (JR)

The 2020 Chablis Boucheran, from vines located between Montmains and Vaillons, has a refined bouquet of lovely yellow flower, chamomile and light earthy scents. The palate is well balanced with a lilting opening and passion fruit and pineapple flavors. Refined and open toward the finish. Drink this early – you will not be disappointed.

The 2020 Chablis Boucheron bursts with aromas of peach, white flowers, citrus oil and orange blossom. Medium-bodied, satiny and incisive, with superb cut and a saline finish, it is shaping up very nicely.
