The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Alpha has a 10% dash of Merlot from Colchagua and was aged for 12 months in 30% new wood. Dark garnet in color. The ripe nose presents black currant, mint and pepper and hints of wood. Refined in the mouth, with a terse texture, grippy, silky tannins and a voluminous flow. The finish is similarly ripe.

The 2019 Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with fruit from Colchagua and shows classical Central Valley character, with ripe and herbal notes and a mellow palate with some spicy oak and fine tannins. 30,000 bottles produced.
