50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. Herbal notes on the nose and palate, glossy and thick in texture. Low acidity, full body, decent rose-petal persistence. It's Provence by the numbers, which will please its legion of fans. (RH)

A négociant bottling, the 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose M is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah made in a pale coppery-salmon hue. Hints of strawberries join peach, melon and citrus on the nose of this medium-bodied effort, which finishes clean and crisp.

Translucent orange. Fresh red berry, orange pith and floral aromas are sharpened by mineral and spice flourishes. Taut and lively on the palate, offering vibrant strawberry, red currant and blood orange flavors and a hint of honeysuckle. Finishes very long and precise, with resonating mineral and red berry notes. - Josh Raynolds
