The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet Village has turned out very well, delivering an inviting bouquet of pear, white flowers, marzipan, almonds and a delicate top note of mint. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and tensile, it's nicely defined, with good depth at the core, lively acids and chalky back-end grip.

This has a very impressive array of white peaches and melon with gently savory, nougat-like influence. This leads to smooth melon and pastry-like nuances on the palate. Sapid and bright and very pure. Drink now.
