Score 86/100 · Jay S Miller, Wine Advocate, Jun 2007

The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon lacked enough fruit to be recommended. The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon “Domus Aurea” is dark ruby-colored. The nose offers pain grille, cassis, cherry, and black currants in a restrained manner. There is ample fruit on the mid-palate but excessive dry tannin in the finish making this wine something of a gamble. Importer: Global Vineyard Importers, Berkeley, CA; tel. (510) 527-5877
