The 2015 Sauvignon Saurint is going to need at least a few years to unwind, as it is quite powerful an inward at this stage. A wine of real gravitas, the Saurint emphasizes richness and textural intensity above all else. Tasted again after several hours, the Saurint really comes into its own. I would prefer to cellar the 2015 for at least a few years, but where that is not possible or practical, an hour or two in the decanter will work wonders.
