Tasting notes
I loved the 2024 Château Lespault-Martillac Blanc from this team. It's based on 70% Sauvignon and 30% Sémillon, brought up in one-third new barrels. Bright citrus, orange zest, and minty floral notes all shine on the nose. Medium-bodied, with integrated acidity and terrific balance, it has a clean, vibrant, mineral-laced style that will drink beautifully right out of the gate.

Races out with intense scents of lime juice, yuzu, and Granny Smith apples, plus fragrant hints of white blossoms and elderflower. Light-bodied, the palate has loads of zip and zing with great precision and balance, finishing long and steely.
Sliced apples and lemon zest with a touch of minerals. Fresh and lightly creamy in texture, with a medium body and a crunchy, medium-long finish. 70% sauvignon blanc and 30% semillon.
