Score 95/100 · Drink 2026-2041, Jeb Dunnuck, Feb 2026

A parcel selection from three different sites, the 2023 Cornas Vin Noir shows an almost Côte-Rôtie-like floral character in its ripe red and black berry fruits, spice, peppery herbs, camphor, olive, and leather aromatics. It's medium to full-bodied, has a pure, layered mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and a more forward, charming, clean style. It already offers pleasure yet will evolve for 15+ years in cold cellars. Drink 2026-2041.

Score 93/100 · Drink 2028-2035, Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, Jan 2026

The 2023 Cornas Vin Noir first lifts with pronounced spice box, ripe blackberry, smoky tones and pencil shavings. With a bit of aeration finely layered raspberry compote emerges. Built off finely sculpted tannins, the 2023 is such a well-composed Vin Noir, packing well-set concentration and drive, turning toward the finish with sleek poise.
