Score 91/100 · Allen Meadows, Burghound, Oct 2021

Distinctly ripe yet still reasonably fresh aromas include those of white peach, apricot, quinine and a whiff of oyster shell. There is very good size, weight and power to the big-bodied and nicely punchy flavors that offer solid depth and persistence on the noticeably warm finish that, like the Fourneaux, becomes ever-so-mildly sweet as it lingers.2025+

Ripe apple and elderflower, with steely acidity and intensity. Tightly wound, but lots of vigour and length. (TJ)
