The 2025 Le Petit Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc, blended with 20% Sémillon from the plot in the Grand Vin, has an attractive nose with scents of grapefruit, citrus peel and touches of flint. Fine delineation and good vigour. The palate is well balanced, with a lovely texture, impressive weight, white peach mixed with pear and lemongrass that segues into a vibrant and spicy finish. Excellent. One of the best vintages that I have tasted.

A beautiful, richer white, the 2025 Le Petit Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc offers up more stone fruits, orange blossom, spice, and crushed stone minerality than the Les Hauts. It's medium-bodied on the palate, concentrated, with wonderful purity and terrific acidity. Based on 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon, this is a brilliant Pessac-Léognan blanc.
Honeysuckle, white peach, and tropical fruits fill the perfume. The lively palate is round, fruity, sweet, and vibrant, with a judicious touch of minerality on the backend of the finish. The wine is a blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc, with 20% Semillon, 13% ABV.
Bright, textural, linear and marked by a fibrous, stony texture. Itâs savory, saline, mouthwatering and exceptional.
